5 out of 5 starsThese bonnets are great! I wear these to protect my hair at night and it's made a big difference. The outside of the bonnet is the satiny side, so to reduce friction on my hair, I turn it inside out to wear. I'd prefer to get one with the satin inside (that's not double layered as they get too hot) but this is working OK. The teal color is rich and beautiful!

I constantly have had dandruff issues in the past and have tried a lot of different shampoos and conditioners that seem to work for awhile but then the dandruff returns. I am currently on my second bottle of shampoo/conditioner and my dandruff has not yet returned! I notice that my hair is cleaner in between washes and have reduced my washes to only 1-2 x a week (of course in summer depends on how much you are outside). It also smells FANTASTIC and the shampoo lathers really well. Will be using this product again and again.

I appreciated the hand written note ~ what a lovely, thoughtful addition. 🤗 I’ve struggled forever to find a hair product consisting of quality ingredients, yet also works well with my hair and this is the one! My hair loves the handcrafted cream. I especially admire the lovely, natural scent that is not too overpowering, but enough to make your hair smell subtly sweet. I appreciate your small shop ~ thank you for your creations! ☺️

3-5 working days to hand make the order and pack it with delicacy.
After that, it may take 2-5 days for shipping to your desired address
Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in a high level of care for product packaging and shipment that’s why less than 0.5% of our packages are damaged during transit.
But we do understand that despite our efforts to have zero damaged shipments, some glass items may break due to their nature.
Worry not! Simply snap a picture of your broken item inside the box with the packaging, as well as the shipping label.
You will receive a replacement within 3 business days after receiving your pictures of damaged items.
As an alternative, you can request a refund.
We care about you. SO, PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF A ITEM IS BROKEN IT COULD CAUSE INJURY.

Can you customize my order in a glass jar?
Yes! I would love to do that.

Sustainability
Our containers and aluminum lids are 100% recyclable
Packaging paper and wrap is 100% biodegradable
Where applicable our jars are topped with aluminum to reduce the use of plastic but we opt to use plastic for products to keep you safe from any breaks or shower slips
The use of all glass is available upon request
Options for the seller to recycle your jars are available, please send a message
Do you use any synthetic preservatives
No! isRiel is all about using vegan ingredients. Even the preservatives are naturally derived
I preserve conditioners with a natural preservative to prevent the growth of mold, bacteria and other germs.
Are your hair products good for any hair texture, children and men?
Absolutely! All products are specially formulated for all hair types to moisturize, condition and strengthen hair.
Non toxic ingredients are used in all of our products, but take note that natural ingredients can still cause sensitivity. If sensitivity occurs discontinue use.
Perform a patch test on children and adults for any sensitivity to the herbs in our products
