They arrived very quickly after being posted and were well packed. There wasn't even the slightest chip on them when they got here. I will absolutely be ordering things again - especially once the washing machine's spin cycle shakes one off the countertop!

Our little mugs went on an around the world adventure (thanks to a postal system mishap), but Isabella stayed in touch with us and was determined to make sure the problem was solved.
