We only ship out orders which have been paid upfront. Customers within europe have the option to pay through Paypal as well as by bank. Customers outside europe are only able to pay by Paypal.

We ship worldwide and send our packages through PostNL (Dutch postal service). The packages are all send through standard priority mail.
If you would like to have your package insured or receive a track and trace code please contact us we are happy to help you. Orders within Holland will automatically receive a track and trace code.All packages are shipped once a week ( on mondays or fridays ?). In a rush, and you would like your package to be send straight away? just leave a note and I'll see what I can do.

A list of shipping indication as given by the Dutch postal service will follow below:
Holland: 2-3 working days
Europe: 4 - 8 working days
USA: 5 -10 working days
South America: 8 -16 working days
Australia: 5 -10 working days
