Returns and exchanges
Refunds are not accepted unless an item is received damaged or there is a blatant mistake on the order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Payment is due at time of purchase.
Shipping
Domstic orders will typically ship 3-5 days after purchase. All items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If you need your item sooner, check the shop for the Shipping Upgrade listing to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail.

Please contact me if you are interested in a custom banner. You can choose your own fabric, length and size of your pennants. I will do my best to produce exactly what you want.
