exchanges and damages:
if you are unhappy with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me and we'll work together to solve the issue!
exchanges of regular priced, non-custom items are accepted within 14 days after arrival of item if there appears to be a defect or other issues with your order.

if you feel there are flaws, please take a picture and send it to me immediately upon receipt with a description and i will be happy to send you another product of your choosing.
whether the defective items are to be sent back will be decided at that time. if there are no defects with the product, return shipping costs are incurred by the buyer and a refund will be processed once the order has been received by the seller.

postal/delivery defects:
i cannot be held responsible for damages caused by inclement weather during shipping (such as warping from moisture or heat). i am willing to work with you if you are dissatisfied however.

returns:
please look at all photos and contact me with any questions or concerns before purchasing.

payment is due at time of purchase through pay pal or etsy direct checkout.

what to expect when you order:
buyers will receive notice of shipment once the items have been taken to the post office. products are packaged inside protective cello bags and placed inside an 80 lbs paper envelope.

postal carriers:
all packages are shipped via canada post within 3 business days of payment, and often within one business day. after products cross borders they will be delivered by your country's postal carrier.

addresses:
please note that it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that their address is accurate and up to date on their etsy account.

type of shipping:
in canada and the us, letter sized packets (less than 2 cm in depth) are sent by air mail. canadian packets larger than this that qualify as "parcel" will be sent by ground or air, depending on which cost is closest to that paid by the buyer. international packets are sent by air mail.
I do not ship with track & confirm or signature upon delivery because of the extra cost incurred by the customer. however, if you would like your item shipped with either one, please send me a message before purchasing.
*please note that all customs and vat charges are the responsibility of the buyer and the correct item value will be listed on all international parcel shipments.

shipping timelines:
canada: three - nine *business* days

united states: five - ten *business* days
international: approximately 5-14 "business" days

***all wrapping paper and tissue paper is folded before shipping. this makes shipping easier and less expensive for the customer.
