I just wanted to take a minute and personally reach out to you with an update on shipping delays due to covid19. 2020 had been challenging for all of us to say the least. My goal is always to give you a most personal online shopping experience, create a delightful product, and ship in a timely manner.
I truly appreciate you and your loyalty in supporting my handcrafted business here at isewcute as we all have navigated through uncharted waters this year. Your patience and understanding have truly been the cat's pajamas!
I am working as quickly and efficiently as possible on my end of the process without compromising quality to make sure all orders are shipped out in a timely manner. Please be aware that there will most likely be delays on the shipping end once the parcel has left my hands due to increased online ordering. You may already be aware that with folks shopping safely online this season, there's a strain our mail system as a whole while getting every gift where it needs to go.
If you absolutely must have that special isewcute gift by a particular date, I recommend reaching out to me to request an Express shipping upgrade to avoid delay. It is pricey at $26.50 flat rate, but it is the only service USPS guarantees the delivery date on.

It's Simply a Love Affair With Glitter & All Things Cute
Crafting for me is as much about the process as it is about the end result. I'm enjoying the journey thoroughly!
Friends told me I should start an etsy shop to share my shiny creations with the world. It sounded like fun...so here we are today!
The name 'I Sew Cute' materialized from stitching my delightful little characters born in one of my many sketchbooks. After I finished embroidering one, my husband said, "that's sew-cute," & the name has stuck ever since.
After a life changing diagnosis over a decade ago following a car accident, crafting has been a major part of my therapy in coping with MS. I consider myself to be very lucky...to be here, & have three wonderful children with my husband who is very supportive of my creative endeavors.
I believe in living each day to it's fullest potential, filling it with music, crafting, cupcakes, photographing our bunny, Yuki. I also take time to admire the little things & not let flowers, stars, or fluffy clouds go unnoticed. Life is too short to not appreciate it all.
Sometimes just for fun I spend a lot of time cruising craftster.org & participate in craft swaps. Stay crafty!

Custom and personalized orders
Please note that custom orders are not refundable nor exchangeable because they are custom made for you to your specifications...but I do strive to make sure you are 100% happy with your items & make sure you are involved throughout the creative process with excellent communication & frequent updates.
Care instructions
Please remove rings before washing hands or applying lotion. Please don't expose the resin pieces to any chemical agents such as household cleaning supplies or perfumes. My creations are little glittery works of art...so please take care of them!
Sizing details
All my rings are made with an adjustable silver plated band which fits most. Every pendant comes with a chain included & most chains may be sized to suit your needs. Just message me your preference (up to 24" in length)
Gift wrapping and packaging
International customers take note, the customs forms will reflect the actual value of your parcel. I cannot mark the package as a gift, as that would be illegal to do so. All customs fees, VAT, & taxes imposed on your international order are your responsibility. If you ask me to mark as a 'gift' please note that that is not going to happen & you agree with this policy if you are ordering from me. Thank you for understanding.
