My main goal is to take that pesky photo editing off of your hands for you! I want you to get the result you want, and will do all in my power to ensure you are completely satisfied.

Returns and exchanges
I will offer refunds & exchanges for ONLY 5 days after you receive the item, ONLY if it is damaged. I will not refund if you have simply changed your mind, although I will offer to exchange the item but you will have to pay for the shipping.

Because there are so many different ways a photo could be edited, you will need to be ready to tell me what it is you want. So in the case that you are not pleased with the editing I do, please tell me and I will re-edit it with your specific directions. I may offer refunds, but ONLY after we have discussed what is wrong and I re-edit the photo. If a problem still exists I will determine, based on the amount of time I have put into the work, whether to refund your money fully or only partially.

Please, if you are not happy with the result, convo me! I will be more than happy to edit the photo again to your liking. Leaving a negative for me will result in one for you and that does not accomplish anything! I will do all I can in order to achieve the result you want!
-Please allow 2 days for me to put your pendant in the mail.
-I will be shipping to the PAYPAL address, if you would like differently, please let me know!
-I will not mark "Gift" on the customs form, sorry but that is breaking the law and I like to follow rules!
-I will refund shipping costs if necessary.
-If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please let me know in advance.
