Heidi, we take full responsibility for your artwork being so late and do apologize. We have discontinued our custom services on Etsy and are moving the company in a new direction. Your order was sent on 6/14/22 and the receipt was sent to you for tracking. Your full payment has been reimbursed and we covered shipping. As an additional measure we have also sent you a line of our ornaments. Again we do apologize and thank you for your grace.
