Returns and exchange details
We accept returns on items that are NOT CUSTOMIZED and are in their original condition (unused, unlaundered, unaltered, no damages, and clean). Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the items and ship them to us 30 days after receiving the items. Once received and checked they are in pristine condition, we will refund the items's price minus shipping.

***Please note US ORDERS can take up to 2 weeks to receive (5-7 processing/printing/packaging time and 2-5 business days for shipping). Thank you for understanding!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We DO NOT guarantee any international shipments to be received by any specific date. We have NO control over Customs or how long they decide to take to ship your package. We ship USPS First Class mail and are required to fill a custom form. Unfortunately, we cannot track your order with First Class International.
We declare the exact value of the item purchased on the custom's label. Each customer is responsible for their country's duty/shipping/customs/handling fees.

1) Our clothing runs true to size with minimal shrinking.
2) Monitors can vary from computer to computer...please keep in mind that there will be a slight variation in color to your actual design and what you see on your computer screen.
3) Feedback is EXTREMELY important to me! If for any reason you are disatisfied with your order, please contact me first so we can come up with a solution.
