Returns and exchanges
I do my best to photograph and describe the measurements of each piece as accurately as possible. If for any reason you are not happy with a piece you’ve ordered, you can return it to me, unworn and in the original gift box. You must notify me immediately upon receiving the item (delivery confirmation date) if you would like to return it. It needs to be shipped back to me within 7 days of your having received it, shipped securely in a bubble mailer, First Class mail with delivery confirmation. You’ll receive a full refund, minus shipping charges.
Custom orders may not be returned.
REPAIRS:
My jewelry is made to last and is crafted with utmost care. However, if something should need repairing through the course of normal wear, I am happy to repair it for you. You pay the cost of shipping it to me and I will ship it back to you free of charge.
Payment
Georgia residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
Shipping
All items are sent USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation for shipments within the US.
Please contact me if other delivery methods are preferred, such as priority mail, and I'll send you an adjusted bill through PayPal for the difference.
International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive, as stated by the post office. In rare cases it may take even longer. Please keep in mind that any potential customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
PLEASE NOTE that I ship to the Etsy mailing address that you provide at checkout.
Items come packaged in a gift box, ready for gift-giving.
