About italilambertini

Sales 102
On Etsy since 2008

Itali Lambertini is dedicated to creating the jewelry of your dreams!

Tim Lambert was obsessed with bashing metal since he was a boy and by the age of 17 he was creating silver jewelry over a camp fire on a beach on Corfu Greece. From those humble beginnings his skill quickly grew and he developed a love of gold. Tim loves to work in high karat gold and loves the ancient look and feel that his handmade pieces have once he has hammered them, rolled the gold through his steel dies and has painstakingly set stones within the rings, earrings and necklaces that he creates.

Tim took a 10 year break from working in gold, when he learned the true environmental and human toll that conventional gold mining was taking.

When we discovered Hoover and Strong, refiners in Virginia, that had made a pledge to only refine recycled gold and to only sell refined metals to their clientele, we were back in business!

We proudly use ONLY 100% RECYCLED gold and platinum in our jewelry and will settle for nothing else.

We discovered Etsy back in 2008 and have been delighted with sweet clients that we have worked with ever since. We are thrilled that we have entrusted with your precious family gems and the creation of your enduring heirlooms that you may pass on to your children and grandchildren.

We are honored to be asked to make your engagement and wedding rings; there is no higher praise for a goldsmith like Tim. He takes great care to instill a sense of reverence in every piece. He muses that he will never work on wedding rings if we are in the middle of an unresolved argument! He even dresses up when he sits down to make wedding jewelry.

We believe that the reviews of praise that we have received from our clients will serve our future clients in their decision to work with us.

Your trust is our absolute priority and we will do what it takes to make sure that you love what you receive.

Returns and exchanges
We stand by our products and if you are not completely satisfied you may return any piece of jewelry for a full refund if returned in its original state. Any damages incurred during shipping will be covered by shipping insurance.

We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our pieces for life with the following caveat:

If you subject your piece of jewelry to activities that will bring it in contact with hard and scratch prone objects, such as doing dishes, gardening, rock climbing, carpentry, mechanical work, etc, you will be responsible for the cost of repairing your damaged piece of jewelry.

We recommend that you remove your ring prior to these activities or, at minimum, wear gloves.

If a stone is lost or a setting becomes dislodged within the first year due to our unrealized poor workmanship that we will repair the piece and replace the stone(s) at no charge to you.

Bezel settings, such as yours, with normal wear and tear, shouldn't need any replacement for at least 10 years. You can expect that, after 10 years, even with normal wear and tear, that you will see some wear and slight damage to the ring, due to life. This is normal and expected.

With 22k gold you run the risk of additional abrading of your ring if you wear other rings right next to it.

We also provide one free sizing to each client within the first year in case we all didn't get the sizing just right.
Payment
We accept VISA/MC/American Express, Paypal and Etsy direct checkout. Items listed do not include state sales tax if shipped within Washington state.

Custom order require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due upon completion of product.

If you need to cancel a custom order you must do so within 48hrs. of payment of deposit.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for custom orders unless you need it sooner. Please make sure you ask because sometimes we can get a custom order done within a few days!
