Welcome! I created ital wellness with the mindset and intention to help improve people's lives with the natural herbs around us. It's about being mindful of what we put into our bodies, in order to obtain a higher consciousness & overall better health.

We should see our food as medicine, as a way to be one with nature. The food we consume can either be our slowest form of poison or our strongest form of medicine.
Ital is about eating high vibration foods. Foods full grown from the earth, free of pesticides, genetic modification and other contaminants. Ital is respecting the earth & its inhabitants, honoring the land and our body as well.
It is natural. It is clean. It is whole. It is unprocessed. It is pure. It is organic. It is energy. It is life. Even the smallest steps we take can have a great impact on our lives and well-being.

Just as much as I enjoy blending loose leaf teas, I equally have a passion for creating things. I love to express my artistic side in jewelry making. Each piece of jewelry I make is authentic, unique and divine. I love working with crystals and stones, since they have an energetic aura about them and can aid within healing aspects as well as one's overall well being. I enjoy working with uniquely shaped small crystal chips, or raw pieces that are perfect for wire wrapped pendants.

I'm here to expand my love of herbs and natural healing, and share my teas and crystals will all who can benefit from them!

Ital, pronounced (eye-taL) is a Jamaican word. I found it to be perfect in naming my business since it represents the cleanliness and wholeness of the organic ingredients I use as well as the vegan plant based standards we live by. Not to mention my sweet hubby is also Jamaican. <3
