ithaka: repurposed literary ephemera

ithaka is taking a short break.

The ithaka repurposed literary ephemera shop on Etsy is on vacation! I have work available at Josephy Center for Culture and the Arts in Joseph, Oregon, and Salty Teacup in the St. Johns neighborhood of Portland. I will reopen the shop later this year. If you need something special, contact me at kristy [!at] Thanks!

ithaka's Shop Announcement

ithaka ephemera are handmade using vintage books, maps, scraps, photographs, magazines and other reclaimed paper sources. Unduplicated and unduplicat-able, clever and quirky, each stands alone as a small collage artwork. These cards are gifts unto themselves!

As soon as each one-of-a-kind design is sold, it’s gone forever! So check back frequently and don’t hesitate if you see something you like. Remember: It doesn't need to read "Happy Birthday" to be a birthday card.

I was featured by Flapper Girl in March 2010:
