How did you start your shop? How does it all work?
Welcome to It's All About Vintage...a consortium of eclectic and vintage jewelry designs handmade by yours truly.
I am very passionate about the jewelry I create. I spend a lot of time "designing" and "perfecting" each piece. I value quality, functionality and uniqueness; and do my best to incorporate these elements into each design.
All of my pieces are vintage-inspired...by nature or element. Some of the most magnificent beads and filigrees I have ever laid eyes on were created during various eras of times gone by. Times when things were so beautiful and romantic.
~I believe 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder'.~
~I love pink roses.~
~I believe great shoes and a favorite piece of jewelry can make any moment in life tolerable, and more importantly, memorable.~
I am a proud member (#1520) of SRAJD (Self-Representing Artists of Jewelry Design) and a proud member of the following Teams:
~~Wichita Handmade~~ ~~Retro Handmade Team~~ ~~We Love Vintage Team~~
~~Project Embrace Team~~
I donate 5% of all my sales to the American Cancer Society.
If you would like to see some of my jewelry designs in person and live in the Wichita area, please visit LuCinda's in Wichita's Old Town District.
Owner, Maker, Designer
At 6, I loved to watch my mom go thru her Sarah C stash before hosting a party. Later in life, it was only natural for me to start re-assembling vintage costume jewelry when I couldnt find the right piece that truly reflected my personality.
...All of my designs are made with vintage elements ... beads, lockets, brass stampings, chain, filigrees, glass rhinestones, buttons, brass flowers, watch pieces and glass cabochons.
...If I can bring a special piece back to life, make it prettier or give back functionality, I will.
Please read my shop policies for buyer and seller expectations. And, thanks for visiting.
