Hello & welcome to it's a stitch.

My creations are one of a kind, or of a very small group - so not only will you be beautiful, but you'll be unique, too! Keeping this in mind, if you fall in love with something, I do highly recommend purchasing it sooner rather than later, many things are known to get snatched up from under people's feet!

My home is smoke-free, but I do have pets. My fabrics remain tucked away in sealed containers when not in use, but if you are very sensitive to pet dander, please be aware.

Read through my policies for questions on custom orders, shipping, refunds, etc.

I really pride myself on having top-notch customer service, and am always available for questions, concerns or complaints. Never hesitate to write me, no matter what it is! I will always respond, ASAP.

I want you to truly love your item when you receive it, my pictures are always as detailed as possible, colors can vary between monitors.

-Itsa, my item was lost in the mail!
Trust me, I know all to well of this happening when I buy. If it has been more than 3 weeks for the USA and more than 6 weeks for international, I will send out another piece (if I have them in stock), at no charge. If I am out of stock, I can offer a FULL refund AFTER the 3 or 6 week time period.

-Itsa, I love my item, but it was broken when it arrived.
Such a bummer! If I have these in stock, I will send out another, completely free of charge. If I don't have another, I can offer you a FULL refund.

-Itsa, I love my item, but it broke for [some reason].
If your item broke or ripped for some reason provide a picture for proof and I will send another FREE OF CHARGE, or refund you 50%, should I be out of that design. This is only applicable for the first 20 days of receiving your new item. After that, no refund or replacement will be sent.

-Itsa, this item was not what I wanted/not as described/totally different than the photos.
I try my absolute best to include photos for size, and describe measurements in inches and centimeters in my descriptions. Understand that colors can vary from monitor to monitor. If you are totally unsatisfied with your purchase, due to THIS reason, I can offer you an exchange of anything of equal or less value from my shop or a store credit for the amount you purchased for.

-Itsa, can I return this item?
If you are interested in returning an item, for whatever reason, you must do so within 20 days of receiving your item. After that, no refund or return will be acknowledged. I only offer up to 50% refunds, as I need to take restocking, shipping, time and materials into mind, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

-Itsa, I bought a clearance item, can I return/get a refund for it?
I'm afraid not. All sales from clearance are 100% final, and I cannot offer a refund or return on this. However, if your sale item is damaged in the mail, I can send out a replacement, should I have it in stock.

--All embroidery is wrapped safely in a bubble mailer and marked as fragile. If you would like your wall art purchase to be gift wrapped, please send me a conversation and we can work something out!

--I use USPS First Class mail for ALL orders (domestic and international), unless noted otherwise or discussed with the customer.

--If you wish to upgrade your shipping (to Priority or Express), I will do so for an added fee, please contact me PRIOR to paying for this upgrade.

--I ship to the address provided on ETSY. Please make sure this address is correct or contact me immediately if it is not.

--Custom jewelry orders can take up to 3 weeks. I always keep in contact with my customers for custom orders, and you will be notified when I begin your order, when I'm finished, and when it is shipped. If I have to special order things for the order, I do notify you when I purchase and receive them.

--I recycle my packaging whenever I can. This is why some packages are taped a few times, or have snags or rips. I believe reusing packaging to cut down on the amount of trash that is produced is more important than just a pretty envelope. The package inside is always gift wrapped and packed with care, love and attention.

--ALL orders over $50 will have a signature confirmation added, at no extra cost to you. Please make sure you or someone will be home during the day to sign for this, or be prepared to pick it up at the post office!

--ALL orders over $100 will have Shipping insurance added, at no extra cost to you.

Q: Do you make custom pieces?
A: Love to! I've done all kinds of special requests. If you see a sold item you want, or a piece you want to change something about, or just an idea, head over to my custom request section!

Q: I can't afford this item yet, can you reserve it for me?
A: Yes, I will reserve any item for you for up to 1 week (7 days). If I do not receive a payment from you by the end of that time, I will take the reservation off and list the item as usual.

Q: Can I pay by lay-away or by payment plan?
A: If a piece is OVER $50, yes. I will set the item aside for you and we will work out the details of when I expect payments and how often. The item will ship once I receive the ENTIRE price of that piece. I do not offer these plans for pieces that are less than $50, sorry. If you do not meet deadlines for lay-away and do not contact me, I will cancel the order.

Q: Can I pick this up in person?
A: Within reason. I will travel up to 25 miles for a small, additional fee. Contact me if you are interested.

Q: I love your _______ embroidery design, could you do it in another color/size/fabric/etc.?
A: Yes! I am totally open to custom requests on anything in my shop. If you have an idea for something else, want letters filled in, want a remake of a sold out item, etc., just find the link above this to contact me.

Q: How do you feel about coming down on the price?
A: No, thanks. I hand-make each item between school, work and life. If you cannot afford it, I suggest adding it to your favorites as a gift idea for someone else or so you can come back to it later :)
