Do you offer both First Class and Priority Shipping?

Yes, we do offer both First Class AND Priority Shipping on our Kits. You are given the option to chose when you check-out. We ship our vinyl wall quotes first class mail only.

How are the digital files sent to me?

When you purchase digital file(s) you are sent an email within minutes from Etsy with the download links. You can also go to your Etsy page and click on "YOU" at the top right of the page. After clicking on it your purchase page will come up. Just look for the purchase from us and click on it.

How do I track my package?

After the order has shipped you will receive an email from Etsy with the tracking information. Your order will be shipped through the USPS. Just click on the link that has the tracking information to see it's progress.

Shipping for Kits:

We ship out our Kits the same day or next day depending on when it is purchased. Saturday's orders ship out on Monday

Are there refunds on digital files?

No, we don't offer refunds on digital files. Immediately upon purchase you are emailed the file through Etsy and therefore cannot be refunded.
