Payment

U.S. Domestic payments:

Payment through Etsy direct checkout by credit card or Paypal are preferred methods of payment. It's fast and easy for both sides.

Payment should be submitted at the time the order is placed. All major credit cards and e-checks are accepted through PayPal. You can pay with a credit card through PayPal without actually having a PayPal account. It is free, simple to use, and a secured website. Paypal E-check payments will have to be cleared through Paypal and this may take a few days; generally about 4 business days.

I do accept personal checks that are pre-printed numbered, with name and address and bank and USPS Postal Money orders. Please allow time for bank clearance on checks and money orders before item is shipped.

Sales tax is applied to all purchases from Oklahoma.

International payments:

Payments only in USD funds. Payment to be submitted at the time order is placed.

Shipping

I ship promptly, within 3 business days on ready to ship items(excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) of receiving cleared payment. I will send you a convo when I ship.

If I am on vacation and my shop is open and you have made a purchase, I will have my ship date noted in my shop announcement and in my thank you message to you that you will receive after you make your purchase.

Items that are made to order or custom orders will ship within the time frame that is agreed upon prior to your purchase.

I use the shipping address that is provided with your Etsy receipt. Please make sure this address is correct at time of making payment. Your address must be the recommended USPS mailing address, for me to ship off your item/s.

If you have not received a message from me, stating that your item has been shipped by the date stated in the listing and on your oder, please check your email and messages through Etsy, as I may be trying to contact you about your order or mailing address and awaiting your reply.

Shipping is by USPS. Occasionally UPS or Fed Ex shipping is used if item requires it and you will be notified.

I do most all of my shipping online and this service includes delivery confirmation and/or tracking. This is included in your ship fee.

The listed ship fee is for USPS First Class Mail, if weight of item allows, or USPS Priority is prefered if over 13 oz. If the item is a book or meets the requirements of USPS Media Mail rates that ship fee will be listed. Occasionally, I will use USPS Standard Post or parcel Select and will ship the least expensive way if at all possible. If you would like a different method and need it faster such as Express Mail, please contact me for an upgrade ship quote, and I will try my very best to accommodate your needs.

If I have miscalculated your ship fee and it is more than $2.00, I will gladly refund you the difference through Paypal. This is only for those who pay through Paypal. Remember, I do have costs associated with shipping, such as envelopes, packing materials, ship tape, etc. I do go green and ship with recycled boxes and packaging whenever possible to save you $ and the earth!

Insurance: Insurance is NOT included in the ship fee listed, unless item or combined items purchased is $50 or more or it is noted in the listing that insurance is included. If you select not to have your item insured and your item is under $50, I am not responsible if item/s are lost, damaged or misdelivered. If you would like your item/s insured, please contact me before paying, so that I may quote you a price and upgrade your shipping service. If item is insured and arrives broken or damaged, is lost or misdelivered, be sure to keep all packaging, box, envelope, packing materials, etc, as you will need that for your claim. Buyer will file claim and I will provide any information from my end.

Items received damaged:

I WELCOME INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED Priority Mail.

International orders will need to email me prior to purchasing for accurate shipping fees. I do combine shipping on purchases from different listings whenever possible, so please contact me, to save you $.

If you are an international buyer and have a PO Box as your shipping address, you will need to provide a telephone number as contact information prior to me shipping out your item. Be sure to provide this information, so that I may ship your item out timely. It is required for online shipping, so that I can provide you with a tracking number and your country's postal service is able to contact you for package delivery.

Please be aware of the custom requirements for your country. I cannot be responsible for items that customs will not allow you to receive, that may be confiscated..

Custom fees, duty fees or import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are imposed by the receiving country and are NOT included in the shipping fee, and will be expected to be paid by you to the shipping service when item is picked up or delivered. Contact your country's custom office to find out what these fees may be before making your purchase.

I will not declare a purchase as a gift or declare an item for less than the sale price to avoid custom fees, duty fees or taxes. This is a federal offense and carries severe penalties.

Refunds and Exchanges

If unhappy with a purchase, please notify me by email within 24 hours of receiving item/s.

A refund will gladly be given for the product price on most items (there are some exceptions, see below), minus any shipping costs upon return of item in original condition. You must notify me by email prior to returning item/s, so I can give you return code and return information.

Please read listing/sin their entirety carefully as there are some items that no refunds are offered.

Items received damaged:
Make sure to keep all envelopes, boxes, packaging, etc. that your item was received in as well as the item and all pieces, as you need all of it to make your claim. Actual packaging and or photographs will need to be provided to make your claim.

Read listing carefully before purchasing and ask questions. Some listings say "Sold As Is" and/or "No returns on this item" as they are vintage items and are not perfect.

Custom order sales are FINAL. No exchanges, returns, partial returns or refunds. Materials have been purchased especially for you and item/s have been made especially for you. Please read listing carefully before purchasing to make sure dimensions, color, fabric and details are correct.

Occasionally, I may negotiate the price of an item upon buyers message request. Any item negotiated for a lesser price than the original asking price, purchased and received for a lesser price is a FINAL SALE. The item will be marked as a CUSTOM SALE item and is not returnable. No exchanges, returns or refunds.

Items marked SALE in title and listing are FINAL SALE items. NO exchanges, returns or refunds on these items.

Refund exceptions are made on a case by case basis. A restocking and processing fee may be charged on exception returns.

In most cases, international sales are FINAL due to the shipping fees, so read listing carefully before buying. Shipping fees are not refundable.

I make every effort to accurately describe and photograph my items. Be sure to read listing carefully before purchasing and make sure to check out the dimensions of the item to be sure it is the size you want or as you imagine it would be.

Some of my items are created from previously used, recycled materials such as vintage textiles and linens, clothing or other items. They are thoroughly washed and cleaned by me before I begin creating with them.

Please note that some of my items are vintage and probably will show age, use, imperfections, wear and tear, which adds to the beauty and charm of the item. Every effort is made to describe the item in detail. Read the description carefully and view the photos provided. Please feel free to contact me with any questions that you might have prior to placing your order. I am more than happy to answer any questions. Your perception of vintage and mine may not be the same! I want you to love your purchase and understand what you are receiving.

I would be happy to answer ANY questions or concerns before or after you make your purchase, so please contact me through Etsy conversation message. If there are any issues or you are not happy with your purchase contact me within 24 hours after receipt and we can resolve the problem. Shipping is non-refundable. Items must be returned immediately and in original condition. Thanks!
