4 out of 5 starsIt was a nice gift for Father's Day but the ball marker is lighter material than I expected. It also arrived with a small scratch on the front, and the bottom 2 lines are not centered (I did not received a mock up to review before it was made).

Every hand stamped piece shares love. With every letter that I am fortunate enough to stamp I know that love, happiness, healing, affirmation is passed along.
My pieces help celebrate the birth of a child, a sad send off to a far away land and best of all a wedding. I love stamping secret messages, private nicknames and special dreams.
I get to share these moments multiple times a day as I create each individual piece.
Some pieces are happy and some are sad, but they all share one thing.... Love.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We can cancel and order within 24 hours of purchase. After that your order may be in production and we cannot cancel it.
If you are not satisfied with your product or there is an issue with the way the item is made, I am happy to issue a refund or exchange for another item. Please return the items back to me in an unpackaged/unused condition within 2 weeks (14 days) from the time you have received them. This applies only to items that have NOT been personalized.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Dream Willow Studio.
Due to the made to order and custom nature of my products, personalized and custom items are a final sale/ not refundable.
Sale items are a final sale.
Please note each item is hand made and this means each is unique. I do my best to photograph all items as well as possible, however differences may occur.
I will do my best to address all issues that arise to the best of my ability.
Payment
All Canadian orders are charged tax calculated based on your province.
Shipping
Current production time is 7-10 days. Dream Willow ships packages 2-3 times a week.
All US and International packages are transported across the border for direct shipment via USPS.
US orders:
*All US orders are shipped 1st Class mail. - arrival in about 5 days from date of sending. Tracking is provided.
*You can select to upgrade to Priority. - arrival in about 2-3 days from date of sending. Tracking is provided.
Canada:
*All Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post - arrival in 1+weeks from date of sending. Tracking is not available.
*You can select to upgrade to Expedited - arrival 2-3 days from date of sending. Please note due to the location of some destinations this can be up to 5 days.
Tracking will be provided.
International:
All International orders (not US and Canada) will not have tracking. Arrival 2-3+ Weeks from date of sending, depending on location.
Upgrading your shipping to a faster option, does not decrease the production time. I do not charge extra to produce your item faster.
If you require rushed shipment please contact me via Etsy Conversation, I will do my best to accommodate.
