FAQ: What do QS, PYO, and MTO stand for?
QS: Quick Ship--these listings are our quickest option! They come just like they’re shown in the picture, and they leave us in 1-2 business days. Quick ship listings cannot be embroidered.
PYO: Pick Your Own--this is our second quickest option, leaving us in 3-5 business days. You can pick your own ribbon color and backing, plus these items can be paired with our embroidery, extra ribbon, and snap attachment listings--and they still leave within 3-5 business days!
MTO: Made To Order--if your favorite QS or PYO sells out, you can still find it here! MTO never sell out, so you can use these listings to order a replacement for your little one’s lovey no matter when you need one! Or, if we only have one of your favorite as a QS/PYO listing, you can use one of these if you want two of the same. MTO listings can be paired with embroidery, extra ribbons, and snap attachments. There’s a 5 week turnaround time for MTO listings since we order everything for these from scratch!

When will my order ship?
Wait times range from 1-2 day quick ship items to 5 weeks for made-to-order items. Please check the "ready to ship in" tab of an item to see when it will ship, and of course, we're always here to answer questions in the convos!
How should I wash my bedding?

Machine wash cold water, regular cycle, no fabric softener.
Machine dry low to medium. Never iron.

Can I cancel my order?
For a full refund, please cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. This is because all of our fabrics are uniquely printed for each customer, and the process begins 24 hours after an order is placed.
Do you accept returns?
Thank you for understanding that we do not accept returns.
What are the differences between llama and cuddle?
CUDDLE is the silkiest of our backings, and the lightest-weight. It has a very subtle wavy texture, and it’s suuuuuuper soft. Machine wash cold water, regular cycle, no fabric softener. Air dry.
LLAMA is the favorite with babies who love to fiddle–they're obsessed with the texture! It’s about twice as thick as our cuddle options. Machine wash cold water, regular cycle, no fabric softener. Air dry.
♥ Which is my favorite? Definitely cuddle!
♥ Why air dry? High heat can melt both the cuddle and llama if you’re not super careful. And even low heat over time has a tendency to change the texture. Throwing your lovey or blanket over the back of a chair, hanger, or shower curtain rod keeps it softer for longer and takes about an hour to dry!
