Each item is inspired by different elements, so I want to create a story that represents these elements.

Please provide a current and safe address to ensure delivery without any issues. Unfortunately, we are not responsible if your order:

PAYMENT:

Payments by credit cards & Etsy gift cards are accepted through Etsy and PayPal. Your items will be shipped after payment has been received. Pending order transactions will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.

CANCELLATION:

All orders include a tracking number for reference, once an order has shipped. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the delivery status of their order. To extend the lifecycle of your jewelry:

1.) Please remove before bathing/ showering, exercising, swimming, and at night before sleeping - this is essential as plated jewelry tends to tarnish (darken or discolor) faster than gold filled and sterling silver items.
- Exposure to water and sweat will cause plated items to tarnish faster. Please clean with a mild jewelry cleaner or cloth after wearing.

2.) Put on your jewelry after applying makeup or any body products. If wearing perfume or body lotion, allow your skin to dry before putting on your jewelry.
- The ingredients in personal care products will react with the skin's pH to cause tarnish/ discoloration.

3.) Avoid wearing your jewelry while cleaning.
- Common household cleaners contain chemicals that can damage or alter the overall finish or appearance of the surface metal.

4.) Please store your jewelry in its original clear zip bag, in a clean, dry place alone or with similar items in an air-tight container.

Many of the items that I carry are delicate. These items usually require extra care, so please keep this in mind.

Each item is carefully sealed in a clear jewelry plastic bag to limit exposure to oxygen to reduce tarnish, and packaged in a decorative acid-free paper.

GOLD PLATED + SILVER PLATED + BRASS ITEMS

Gold and Silver Plated jewelry tend to be less expensive than Gold Filled and Sterling Silver items, but are prone to tarnish faster or oxidize.

The metal plating may discolor due to different factors: exposure to air, sweat, oils, dirt, perfume, lotion, chemicals, and the skin's pH.

Items that have tarnished (become darker) due to normal wear and exposure to chemicals or body products are not defective. The tarnish can be removed with a mild jewelry cleaner or jewelry cloth.

> Using a soft Jewelry Cloth or Sunshine Cloth is an easy way to keep your jewelry looking new and shiny.

> Gently clean with warm, soapy water; do not scrub as this will cause the plating to wear off faster. Dry with a soft cloth.

Brass charms/ pendants can be cleaned & polished with lemon juice, then wiped with a damp cloth and buffed dry.

STERLING SILVER + GOLD FILLED + ROSE GOLD FILLED ITEMS

Gold Filled & Sterling Silver jewelry are more durable, and generally last longer than plated jewelry.

> To remove dirt and oil from your jewelry, simply fill a bowl with water, add dish washing liquid and soak for a few minutes. Use a soft cloth to gently remove any spots or discolorations.

SMALL SURGICAL STEEL POST STUD EARRINGS

To protect the overall quality and underlying color/ image of your stud earrings, please remove before bathing or swimming. Please try to keep these earrings away from water. If contact with water is made, simply dry with a soft cloth and store in the original clear bag or in a sealed air-tight bag.
