♡ Every person has differing body chemistry. People with higher Ph levels will have trouble with plated jewelry and sterling silver which will tarnish very quickly on them.
♡ Sulfur and humidity in the air can cause plated jewelry and sterling silver to tarnish. To prevent this, store jewelry in a plastic zip-loc bag or a jewelry box (preferably airtight). I also recommend using anti-tarnish strips for further protection.
♡ Avoid chemicals such as perfume, lotions, hair spray, cleaning solutions, etc...Apply cosmetics and lotions before putting on jewelry.
♡ Avoid water with salt or chemicals like chlorine.
♡ Remember to remove jewelry when exercising or sweating excessively, which can also make your jewelry tarnish faster.

Most of my plated jewelry contains the base metal brass. Some pieces are plated over steel, pewter and sometimes metal alloys.

I send your jewelry to you in a beautiful gift box or organza bag. It will be completely ready for gift-giving. If you order multiple Items they may be placed in a larger box. If you need items in individual gift boxes please leave a note with your order.

Yes I accept returns. There are some exceptions. (please see the following FAQ section for more details) I want all my customers to be satisfied and love their new jewelry. If you have a problem with an order please contact me within 7 days of your purchase date. If you would like a refund, I will need you to ship the item(s) back to me within 7 days of our conversation.

I will issue a refund when I receive the item(s) and confirm that the item(s) are in their original condition and undamaged. The refund will include only the original purchase price and does not include shipping charges. If I made an error with your order rest assured you are protected, no additional shipping charges will be charged.

Due to hygienic reasons I cannot accept returns on earrings for pierced ears. The jewelry returned must also be in it's original condition unused and undamaged. If an item that is returned is found to be damaged or used the buyer may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Processing time can vary depending on the item. Items such as stretch bracelets, earrings and necklaces are made using industrial strength adhesive. It can take up to three days for the adhesive to reach it's maximum bond. The item must remain undisturbed for this time period.

Items that don't require the use of adhesive will ship out sooner. If I anticipate any delays I will be sure to contact you.

A tracking number will be provided when available. Please note that during the holidays there may be slower transit times due to postal delays.

The buyer is responsible for ANY & ALL Import duties, Taxes, or VAT charges that their country may impose on them. Please be aware of these charges for your individual country PRIOR to making a purchase. Each country is different and has a different monetary threshold before they begin to impose Taxes/VAT charges.

I make every effort to get your items to you in a timely manner. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and destination. Please be aware that I am not responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances once the package is within the postal system.

Delivery time for international buyers may be delayed when passing through customs. Processing through customs can sometimes take a few days to few weeks and occasionally longer. It can be unpredictable and for that reason I can't make guarantees about delivery time for international purchases.

If your item arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible preferably within the first 24 hours of receiving your item. Do not throw away the packaging. It may be needed for the investigation by the postal service. Send me a convo via the Etsy Conversation feature.
