I purchased the Bunka, Honesuki, and the Tall Petty because I was looking for some new knives for my job and these looked awesome. But they are more incredible then what the pictures show. I love the feel of the handles and the light weight of the blades. I never feel out of control with them as I quickly chop vegetables or slice meats. And of course they arrived very quickly to me here in South Carolina from Spain. The owner Jan was a pleasure to work with. Very polite, easy to talk to, and understanding. I'd recommend these knives and company to everyone.

Absolutely in love with this knife. It's my first Honesuki, and it definitely delivers in terms of deboning chicken. But more than that, it's just beautiful, it makes me eager to use it. If only every item I owned were like that!
