Full return policy below:
I take pride and do my very best to disclose, describe and show in photos the entire item/s and any imperfections an item may have. Read listing carefully and view all photos in detail to be sure it is what you want and the size, pattern and color that you need. In some cases when the item is vintage, it is impossible to note every imperfection, so be sure to view all photos as part of the description as well. Please look at pictures carefully and use the zoom option for closer viewing. If you would like to see more photos of an item or have any questions or there is something that is not clear or you would like to use the item for something in particular and are not sure, please contact me prior to purchasing.

Returns accepted for exchange/money back ONLY on BRAND NEW~ unused neck cooler, dog cooling collar, fever reliever and cooling product items, returned in original resalable condition, postmarked in 7 business days of receipt of item, less all shipping & handling fees which are the responsibility of the buyer. NO returns, refunds or exchanges on USED cooling products ~ which means if they have been soaked in water or used or altered in any fashion. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis, photos may be required, but if you have not contacted me within 3 days of receiving item, no refunds or exchanges will be processed. You must notify me by email prior to returning item/s, so I can give you return code and specific return information.

If a cooling product is defective in workmanship, you must notify me within 3 days of receipt of item, and return item postmarked within 7 business days of receipt of item for a replacement.

No refunds or exchanges on any cooling products that have been altered or changed in any way, such as resizing, restitching, monogramming, added decorations, or exposed to a perfumed or smoke environment, etc.

Item/s must be returned by the same shipping method received with tracking and with same packaging secured in plastic bag or method as it was sent to you. Tracking # must be provided promptly to seller on day of, after item is posted in the mail for return, so I will be watching for it. Packages not received postmarked within 7 business days of receipt of item or not received back in original condition (item must be a re-saleable item unless it is defective) will not be considered for an exchange or refund of any kind. Any exceptions to this will be on a case by case basis. Only a 7 day maximum return postmark date will be allowed with prior seller approval for any and all returns.

No refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

Custom order purchases: Materials are purchased and items are custom made especially for you. A request in an Etsy message will be sent to you before purchasing. "Please read and review listing carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions or see any corrections that need to be made, please contact me before purchasing, so that I can make any necessary adjustments before you purchase. I want to be sure your order is correct."

No refunds on wholesale purchases. Listings stated as wholesale are considered to be sold at less than retail price or as "sale items" that will be resold and are non-refundable.

Items such as books, patterns, recipes, any written printed matter, pdf's, tutorials or emailed information are not returnable or refundable due to photo copying, tracing, scanning, etc.

Sorry, no original or return shipping fees are refundable.

No refunds or replacements on items that are marked or posted delivered. Exceptions may apply on a case by case basis. Contact with seller must me made right away to try and help locate package. Have a safe place for delivery of your packages. Tracking is provided on all packages. Be diligent and pro-active as a buyer and check your tracking # for your package's arrival. Check with your postal carrier and/or post office promptly if package is not delivered and it is stated that it was. Postmaster or supervisor at local delivering Post Office will be able to research it for you. Doing this promptly may help locate your package. Buyer is responsible to file postal investigation and/or file theft report with police if items states delivered and it was not. I will help you with information that you may need. Communication is key with seller and shipping service, should this situation arise.

A refund will gladly be given for the product price on other items not specified above, minus any shipping costs upon return of item in original condition postmarked within 7 business days of receipt of item. Sorry, NO original shipping fees or return shipping fees are refundable.
If item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Payment
U.S. Domestic payment type accepted:

1) Credit card payments accepted through Etsy direct checkout in USD funds only.

2) Paypal ~
Payment by Paypal should be submitted at the time the order is placed in USD funds. All major credit cards and e-checks are accepted through PayPal. You can pay with a credit card through PayPal without actually having a PayPal account. It is free, simple to use, and a secured website. Paypal e-check payments will have to be cleared through Paypal before shipping item/s and this may take a few days; generally about 4 to 6 business days.
Sales tax is applied to all purchases from Oklahoma.

International payments:

1) Credit card payments accepted through Etsy direct checkout in USD funds only.

2) Paypal payments only in USD funds. Payment to be submitted at the time order is placed. No international e-check payments through Paypal.
Shipping
I ship promptly, within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) of receiving cleared payment. Custom orders will ship within the time frame agreed upon when order is placed and cleared payment in full has been received. I will send you a convo when I ship.

If I am on vacation, yet have my shop open and you have made a purchase, check for my next shipping date upon my return in my shop announcements.

I use the shipping address that is provided with your Etsy receipt. Please make sure this address is correct at time of checkout and making payment. Your address must be the recommended USPS mailing address, for me to ship off your item/s.

If you have not received a message from me, stating that your item has been shipped by the date stated in the listing and on your order, please check your email, spam mail and/or messages through Etsy, as I may be trying to contact you about your order or mailing address and am awaiting your reply.

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping is by USPS. Occasionally UPS or Fed Ex shipping is used if item requires it and you will be notified.

I do most all of my shipping online and this service generally includes tracking. This is included in your ship fee.

The listed ship fee is for USPS First Class Mail, if weight of item allows, or USPS Priority Mail if over 13 oz. If the item is a book or meets the requirements of USPS Media Mail rates that ship fee will be listed and item will be shipped USPS Media Mail. I ship the least expensive way if at all possible. USPS Parcel Select in some circumstances is cheaper, but it is ground service delivery which takes longer and insurance is not included as it is for items up to $100 for Priority Mail. If you would like a different method or have any questions about the shipment method of your item or need it faster such as Express Mail, please contact me for an upgrade ship quote, and I will try my very best to accommodate your needs.

Be sure your shipping address is correct. I ship to the address that is provided by you at checkout. Check to be sure your address is a USPS recommended address. Please be sure to check your messages and email as I may have reason to contact you before shipping out your items if there is a problem with your address and will expect a response before shipping. If your item is returned to me, due to an incorrect shipping address provided or you fail to retrieve your package at the post office and it is returned, you will be required to pay shipping fees again, before I will ship out your item.

If I have miscalculated your shipping and handling fee and it is more than $2.00, I will gladly refund you the difference. Buyers may contact me prior to purchase to verify ship fee to their zip code or country. Remember, I do have costs associated with shipping, such as envelopes, packing materials, ship tape, etc. I do go green and ship with clean recycled boxes and packaging whenever possible to save you $ and the earth!

I give special attention to each item I ship with proper packing materials and labeling.

INSURANCE: Insurance is NOT included in the ship fee listed, unless item or combined items purchased is $50 or more or it is noted in the listing that insurance is included. If you would like your item/s insured, please contact me before paying, so that I may quote you a price and upgrade your shipping services. Items not insured, that are lost, mis-delivered or damaged by shipping service are not considered for replacement or refunds by seller. If item is insured and is lost, mis-delivered or arrives broken or damaged, be sure to keep all packaging, box, envelope, packing materials, etc, as you will need that for your claim. Contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos of damaged items. Buyer is responsible for making claim to post office or shipping service. I will provide you with any information from my end. Do not return items to me or insurance claim will be voided and you will lose the option to be refunded your money on the item/s.

Priority Mail items (item/s 13 oz or more packaged) shipped through USPS Priority Mail are insured for up to $100 (over $100 is an additional fee to customer and must be requested prior to purchase). Other items that you wish to be insured, you need to contact me before point of purchase, so that I can add insurance to your checkout fee. To make an insurance claim you must be sure to keep all items, all packaging, etc. if item is damaged, so that you can provide photos or take items to a post office to make a claim. Do no ship damaged items back to me as it will nullify your claim.

Insurance is provided as an option for each person and all items, for both domestic and international purchases. There is a shipping upgrade fee to buyer, so please contact me before paying for your item/s, so I may adjust your invoice. I WELCOME INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS may be shipped USPS First Class International Package Mail, USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. Most items will ship USPS First Class International Package Mail, which is the least expensive and can take approximately 10 to 30 business days (excludes holidays and weekends) for delivery depending on destination.

If you would like a quicker shipping method, or want to know how your item will ship, feel free to contact me.

A tracking number will be provided on your purchase. Tracking will show to the point item has left the US. Some countries will post tracking in their country and some will not, so be aware and watch for when your item leaves the US. All international packages will need to pass through customs. You may need to check with your post office about the delivery of your package.

International orders will need to email me prior to purchasing for accurate shipping fees. I do combine shipping on purchases from different listings, so please contact me, to save you $.

Insurance is provided as an option, for each person and all items, for both domestic and most international purchases. There is a shipping upgrade fee to buyer, so please contact me before paying for your item/s, so I may adjust your invoice. If you choose not to purchase insurance and your item is lost, mis-delivered, damaged or broken, we can not be held responsible and refund will not be granted. If you are an international buyer and have a PO Box as your shipping address, you will need to provide a telephone number as contact information prior to shipping your item. Be sure to provide this information, so that I may ship your item out timely. It is required for online shipping, so that I can provide you with a tracking number and your country's postal service is able to contact you for package delivery.

Please be aware of the custom requirements for your country when making a purchase. I cannot be responsible for items that your country's customs will not allow you to receive and may be confiscated. If this is the case, you forfeit the price of the item and all ship fees.

All purchased merchandise packages must pass through customs in their country. Custom fees, VAT fees, GST fees, duty fees, import fees or local taxes of any kind placed on your package arriving into your country are the responsibility of the buyer. Fees are imposed by the receiving country and are NOT included in the shipping fee or product price paid to the seller and will be expected to be paid by the buyer to the shipping service when item is picked up or delivered. Be aware of this. For the country of Australia; buyers may be expected to pay their GST fees, custom import fees or local fees upfront at time of payment for merchandise when making purchase through Etsy. You can contact your country's custom office to find out what these fees may be prior to purchasing items internationally. If item/s are returned to me, due to you not paying the fees imposed by your country or for any reason you do not pick up or call for the package you ordered, you will forfeit the item/s purchase price and ship fees paid. Tracking on international packages will show in the United States. Once a package arrives in the country of destination outside of the United States, tracking may or may not be posted depending on whether the country has equipment to scan in packages. Some larger cities may have scanners, while smaller cities or country towns may not. Be aware of this and check your post office and be available to pick up or receive your package or make other arrangements for someone to pick up your package. If item/s are returned to me and I receive them and you would like item/s to be reshipped, you will be required to pay for shipping fees again.

I will not declare a purchase as a gift or at a lesser price than paid for to avoid custom fees, VAT fees, GST fees, import duty fees or any kind of tax fees, etc. that is imposed by incoming country's destination. This is a federal offense and carries severe penalties.

In most cases, international sales are FINAL due to the shipping fees, so read listing carefully and ask any questions you may have before buying. Original shipping fees, return shipping fees or insurance fees are not refundable.

I am happy to accommodate changes in your product purchased if at all possible before original shipment is made. if you have contacted me right away and an agreement has been reached between us through convo. There may be a product upgrade fee, if an additional listing needs to be created or an upgrade ship fee.

Purchasing an item implies that you have read the listing you are purchasing from and my shop's policies and procedures page for both payment and shipping instructions with pertinent information and answers to questions you may have. Convo me, if there is something you have a question about that I have not covered.

I would be happy to answer ANY questions or concerns before or after you make your purchase, so please contact me through Etsy conversations. If you contact me through my email address, there may be a delay in response due to weeding through lots of other messages. If there are any issues or you are not happy with your purchase contact me within 24 hours after receipt and we can resolve the problem. Shipping is non-refundable.
