Iyiami Handbags was born in 2001 in Corfu, Greece and we are a small family run business. Since then, we have been handcrafting our exclusive range of leather bags and accessories with an open approach to design, leading to innovative and original results. Our passion for handcrafted designs and our love for genuine high-quality Italian leather makes our leather creations unique.

We have always been very keen on the user-friendly aspect of designing, believing that, if a leather bag 'works' then usually looks good too. We handcraft our bags and accessories to last a lifetime.

All of our products are handcrafted, stylish, practical, and simply beautiful. Our products range from leather shoulder bags, messenger bags, handbags, hobos, backpacks, purses, shopping bags, tote bags, wallets, belts, laptop cases and are available in a wide enough selection of colors.
Recently we have enriched our collection with products realized in Italian stonewashed canvas of a premium quality combined with many leather accents.

We strictly source our leather from the best Italian artistic tanneries and we always use the best materials due to our commitment to high quality.

Our business model is based on building and maintaining reputation, we believe that is better for a sale to fall through than for an inappropriate sale to happen. Most of our designs can be customized by incorporating personal preferences and we also offer an extensive custom-made service as per your instructions.

I take great care to provide full and accurate descriptions of my items on each listing. All measurements are approximate as each item is individually handmade. Please ensure that the measurements meet your requirements before making you purchase.

I also do my best to take clear photographs that display the color as accurately as possible but this is a difficult task since I am not a professional photographer. Please also note that colors may vary from display to display.

I am confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if not, I am happy to offer a refund. I will refund the price of the item minus the cost of shipping. Monies will be refunded via Paypal on receipt of the item.

If you wish to receive a refund or have a problem with your item you must contact me within 3 days from receipt of your item so I can advise you of the return procedure. I will not be able to offer a refund if an item has been used and/or has signs of wear & tear. I cannot be held responsible for any damage to the item that occurs after this period. The item must also be returned to me within 14 days of receipt.

If you live in Europe and you would prefer to pay via direct money transfer then please contact me for my bank details.
Shipping
Shipping is done with registered mail so you will need to sign your package upon receipt. For this reason it might be wise to have your bag or other leather accessories delivered to your work address.

Once your payment is cleared, your item will be despatched within 9 days.

All items are shipped with International Priority Registered Mail. Upon request I could send you a tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

Delivery dates from the shipping date range from one week for Europe and two to three weeks approx for the US, Canada and Australia.

Please note that it is normal for a week or two delay due to items may be held in customs for checking. This applies for items outside the EU zone.

When paying via Paypal, please make sure you have the correct shipping address listed with Paypal. If you require shipping to an alternative address please email me at iyiamihandbags (at) gmail.com or convo me as soon as possible.

Since all of our designs are handmade can be customized upon request. If you would like an item that was sold out I can do a custom order for you if I have the leather available in stock. Please note that custom orders could take up to two weeks maximum until produced. Please contact us with full details of your custom order.
