CUSTOM AND BULK ORDERS

I do create custom, personalized and bulk orders on request. These orders usually ship within 5 business days. Processing times may change if I am on vacation. Simply send me a message and I will be happy to try and work with you.

MAKE SURE IT FITS, TIPS ON GETTING THE SIZE RIGHT

The sizing of bracelets is the inside circumference, not the actual length. Using a flexible measuring tape, measure just above the wrist bone, then add 1/4" to 1/2 " depending on how tight you like your bracelets to fit. That is your bracelet size. For stretch bracelets you may want a snugger fit and not add any extra length.

Please use this method when ordering your bracelets to avoid sizing errors.

STORAGE:
When not wearing, keep each piece separately in a sealed bag (zip lock bag) or container. Place in a jewelry box for protection, away from light, heat and moisture. You can place an anti-tarnish tab in the bag as well.

WEARING:
Don't wear your jewelry to bed, some pieces can be delicate and easily broken when tossing and turning. Don't wear your pieces while swimming, in a hot tub, while showering or in sea water. Chlorine can be damaging to metals and gemstones and sea water is corrosive.

Ready to ship items are processed in 1-3 business days. Made to order, custom and bulk items are usually processed within 5 business days.

I ship regular Canada Post which can take anywhere from 3-10 business days within Canada and to the US. These shipping times are not guaranteed. If you need your purchase faster please message me for quicker shipping options before placing your order. Especially during holiday seasons, place your order early if you need it by a particular date to avoid disappointment.

*In the event that I am on vacation I will place an announcement in my shop with dates of my return. Processing time will be adjusted accordingly during these times. In some instances I may formally place my shop on vacation.*
