I am a UK registered trader, but as I'm not keen on rain (or cold), I spend a lot of time down in Southern Spain in the sun....from where I ship most of my shoes when finished!

All my shoes are painted by hand to order...choose from either the designs on my page, or contact me if you have an idea you would like me to paint on the shoes!

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
All pieces are painted by hand, so no two items are identical.
As all pairs of shoes are made to order I do not accept returns for refunds.

I will exchange if you have ordered the incorrect size, but only if the shoe has NOT been personalised with a name, colouring of your dog or any other personalization and the shoes are in their original condition and have not been worn (inside or outside!).

Ship items back to me in Spain within: 30 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs to Spain and the shipping costs for delivering the new pair as follows:
Spain - £6
UK - £13
Europe - £16
USA & Canada - £20
Everywhere else: £24

The return package must be marked as returned goods (in order that custom fees are not charged) or you will also be responsible for any additional customs fees I am charged when I receive the shoes.

Custom orders cannot be exchanged.

Please check your size very carefully before ordering and ask if you have any doubts! These shoes come up on the small side so if you are between sizes or have wide feet, it is advisable to order the next size up.

Should you return a non custom, non personalised pair of shoes for a refund,
the following cost will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the original cost in sending the shoes to you:
Spain - £6
UK - £13
Europe - £16
USA & Canada - £20
Everywhere else: £24

Shipping
I am a UK registered trader, but spend a lot of time down in Southern Spain in the sun. All shoes are sent with tracking number.

Approx. postal times from Spain:
UK - 4-5 working days
The rest of Europe - 4-15 days
Outside Europe (except USA) - 15-30 days
USA - Currently between 5-7 days with FedEx. However, very occasionally there may be a delay due to being held in customs as there is extremely high security on mail entering the USA.

Please note I do not post to Russia, Argentina or Mexico (shoe imports are not allowed in case of the latter 2 ).

Please note that if the delivery company attempts delivery but no one is home, they will leave notification and you may have to collect your order from your local depot/ post office. Your order is normally available at the depot/ post office for a few days for collection but the number of days varies depending on the delivery company. The delivery company will then return to me. I am normally advised before this happens and message the buyer advising them to contact the delivery company urgently.
Any additional shipping charges for returning the order to me will need to be paid be the buyer. The buyer is also responsible for paying the shipping charges to resend the order.

Please note that shoes are posted from Spain and that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

The shoes are NOT Converse brand (which are 1/2 - 1 size larger than the size printed in the shoe). I use various different brands and unbranded shoes.
Please contact me if you wish original Converse branded shoes, however they are very expensive to purchase in Europe and the additional cost is approx. £60 on top of the listing price.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

Please also note that if you normally wear Converse brand, they are 1/2 - 1 size larger than the size printed in the shoe, so again you should size up.

Are they water resistant? Will the paint run?

Yes they are and no it won't!

The shoes are completely water resistant and no the paint will not run!
You can clean them with a damp cloth.

Avoid the putting them in the washing machine, stiff brushing and bleach!
