Welcome in our shop!

Dear Customer,
All items shown here are made by artists and artisans who share common passion for perfection and beauty. For now we present items made by one member of our team: Iza. We all look for beauty in surrounding world. Our day-to-day lives are overwhelmed with fast pace and stress. Creation of small objects of art for me is predominantly a way of leisure and calming rest after professional activities. Each item created by my hands is filled with joy and love to my natural environment. I hope you enjoy small, beautiful pieces of art as well.

Returns and exchanges
We take much care to provide full and accurate descriptions of our items. We also do our best to take clear pictures that display the colour, size, and all other features as accurately as possible. All measurements are approximate as each item is individually handmade. Please ensure that the item you order is exactly up to your requirements before making your purchase. As all items are unique goods of personal use, we regret we are unable to accept returns of shipped items. No funds shall be returned. We do not exchange shipped goods for others, as well.

In case of shipment total loss, please send us a notice at your earliest convenience. We shall claim the insured value from the carrier, if eligible. If our claim is successful and the carrier pays the insurance compensation, we shall do our utmost to return your payment, however we are not able to ensure any time-line for the process.
Payment
If you decide to purchase item(s) from Iza's Artshop we expect you to make payment prior to shipment. Within 3 working days* from our confirmation of your order, your funds are expected to arrive to our account. If they fail to do so, your order shall be cancelled. You may also cancel your order after payment by sending an e-mail cancellation notice but not later than 12 hours** after the funds arrive to our account (date & hour of your mail delivery to our mailbox will matter). In such case your payment shall be returned reduced by applied bank transfer fee.

If you request a courier of choice delivery of your order, please indicate so while ordering. We shall follow your instruction accordingly letting you know all details as they appear.
