Returns and exchanges
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, PLEASE contact me through email(heyizznit@gmail.com) or through a 'conversation'. I will do my best to remedy the situation!

I accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is in the same condition it was sent in. I do not cover or reimburse shipping costs.

If you exchange for an item of lesser value, you will be refunded the difference minus shipping costs. If you would like an exchange for an item of the same value, we will need to send you an invoice for shipping costs to send the new item to you.

Refunds are given after the returned item is received and exchanges are processed after the item to be exchanged is received.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards via paypal and direct checkout!

E-checks: We ship once they clear, and that takes 4-5 business days. So if you don't mind waiting, you can use them.
Shipping
I go to the post office Monday through Friday and ship within two business days of receiving cleared payment (unless stated otherwise in our shop announcement at the top of our storefront).

Items are shipped via USPS First Class (USPS priority with larger orders) so if you are within the US please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive (Or if sent priority, 2-3). If you are outside of the US please allow 6-10 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery may also be delayed further due to customs and postal holidays for international orders. This only includes the package's travel time once I ship it, this does NOT start from the time you place your order.

I ship worldwide. If the 'Everywhere Else' option is not active in the listing, please send me a conversation or email and I will fix that for you as soon as we can.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We are NOT responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes you may be charged and we will NOT cover them
