How do I access my files?
If you’re not redirected right to the download page, you can click on the "you" tab of your Etsy account, click on "purchases and reviews", and click "download file" to the right of the item. It will be saved in your "downloads" folder on your computer!
When can I access my files?
Downloads are available once your payment has been confirmed. If you paid with a credit card or via PayPal on Etsy, it may take a few minutes to confirm payment.
What will I receive?
You will be able to download either individual files or a ZIP folder containing your SVG, PNG & JPG files or any other additional file types! No physical items will be mailed. These files will not be watermarked as shown in the main photo and will not include the pattern background!
Please note that you cannot download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time!
Can I use these files for commercial use? What are the terms of use?
All files in my shop are okay to use for both personal and commercial use for physical finished products, such as Print-on-Demand! You are allowed to use these files as they are or modify them to create physical products for personal use or for sale. This includes apparel, mugs, tote bags, signs, etc...
You MAY NOT use any of these designs in your own digital downloads. This includes reselling or redistributing them as is OR as a part of a new or different design that will be sold in digital form. You CANNOT upload these files or elements from them on Print-on-Demand web sites. No third party printing and product fulfillment is permitted!
Trademark Information
I do my best to make sure that there are no existing trademarks when creating my designs. However, please make sure to research your text and design trademarks because new logos, images, and phrases are being trademarked every day. In the event of a dispute over any your products and the trademark holder, JAB Logic Digitals will not be held responsible as we do not control which products the purchaser is using these designs on for sale or profit.
