Frequently asked questions
How Will My Order Be Shipped
Orders to the USA are shipped using USPS First Class (including tracking number). Packages generally take 3-8 business days to arrive.
Orders shipped to Canada are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Mail (including tracking number). Packages typically take up to 10 business days to arrive.
Please note that due to COVID-19, Canada Post and USPS may not guarantee shipping service levels this year and there may be significant delays in delivery.
How Do I Care For My Jewelry
Proper care of your items is important.
• Avoid direct contact with water, sweat, soaps, perfume, lotion, etc.
• Keep away from hard surfaces to prevent any scratching.
• gently wipe jewelry with a soft dry cotton cloth to remove any dirt, dust and natural skin oils.
• Store jewelry in a jewelry box or a pouch away from direct sunlight.
• Brass items need to be looked after as brass tarnishes over timeTo get your pieces shiny again just give them a wipe with some Brasso or see more tip on the bottom.
• Please treat your pieces gently! Although every care is taken to ensure quality materials are they may not withstand excessive wear and tear.
How Is My Order Packaged?
Your order will be packaged in a jewelry box and wrapped in tissue. If your order is being sent directly to the recipient, I am happy to include a greeting card with your personal note. Simply include your note in the "message to seller" space when ordering. I DO NOT include a receipt in the package in case the item is going directly to the recipient.
What Is the Size of the Jewelry? What Chain Lengths are Available?
The dimensions of each piece of jewelry and in the case of necklaces, the length of chains available, are found in the description of each item by clicking on the "item details."

~ Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply on entry into your country. These fees are calculated by your country when your item(s) arrive in your country.

VAT - UK customers
You may receive a notice for collection of customs duty fees/import taxes that are calculated by your countries customs for items imported. Unfortunately these fees are quite high and are charged to residents of the UK on items you import into your country. Your customs may also charge a 'service fee' for collecting these duties and taxes.

Can I Return an Item?

Ship items back to Jacaranda's business address in Canada within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
►Returns will be accepted after getting an OK from me within SEVEN DAYS of receipt.
Items must be in perfect unworn condition and in the gift box I provided, a bubble mailer and TRACKING NUMBER, returns that are lost in the mail will NOT be refunded.
►NO returns on custom made orders.
►NO returns on wedding orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
