Returns and exchanges
○ For items damaged in transit, please contact me to discuss the matter. I will require photos so please hang on to all the packaging material. Damaged items will be refunded in full, including the original shipping cost.
○ Please contact me if you feel your item is taking too long to arrive (see described delivery times in the Shipping Policy section above). I handle delays on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination. Most shipments do not include tracking service. If you require tracking, it is available for an added fee. Please contact me for details.
○ CANADA ○
Delivery takes approximately 2 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. For smaller parcels, I ship by Oversize Lettermail by Canada Post, without a tracking number (contact me if you'd like to upgrade your service to include tracking). For larger parcels, I use Expedited Parcel service by Canada Post, with a tracking number. If you would like a faster service by ExpressPost, it is available for an extra charge. Please contact me with any shipping questions.
○ ANY OTHER COUNTRY ○
Delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 business days by Airmail, or 4 to 8 weeks by Surface Mail. Larger heavier items (like evening gowns for example) are listed showing the cheaper rate by Surface Mail. The faster Airmail option is always available for an additional charge. Shipments do not include tracking service. If you require tracking, it is available for an extra charge, but please note it is usually quite expensive. Please contact me for details. Customers are responsible for their own country's duties and taxes, where applicable.
