Great communication and fast shipping. Lovely, whimsical sunflower painting. Since it is a paint-to-order item, Jackie made sure what I wanted before proceeding with the work. It will be a nice addition to my sunflower art collection in my kitchen. Thanks Jackie!

Prettier than the picture. The bedspread has a very detailed design. I am very happy with the planter.
Pottery, fused glass, jewelry, sculpture, furniture, jewelry, painting, fiber art. My art is original - whimsical, clever, fun. And I make 'serious art', too. It is all thoughtfully designed and handmade in North Dakota.
Currently, I am helping our daughter who is pregnant and having complications so I'm unable to box and ship right now. I will be able to take care of your purchases on (and after) Dec. 18...so sorry for the delay but I will ship priority and that is usually quick. Thank you for your understanding - there's just nothing I can do about the situation! We are hoping baby stays put and we have another grand baby to hold and snuggle!
Thirty years ago I painted wood birds & bunnies - when country folk art was all the rage! When our youngest daughter was in 4th grade I went back to college (my first degree, in Occupational Therapy was never put to good use!) to earn a visual art degree.
I started ArtWise, a non-profit to fund local kids’ art. I taught public school elementary art for 12 years and won grants to purchase & outfit a mobile classroom for myself.
Now I continue to be well blessed. I own a studio, teach privately, spend time as grandma to 4 little ones & make my own art.
I love to have fun with lots of materials and I hope you enjoy my work. I want you to enjoy your purchase(s) and so if you are not satisfied I will refund the purchase price, less shipping, within two weeks of your purchase date...or give you credit towards another purchase, whichever you prefer, after the item is returned to me. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
For overseas buyers: I will box up your purchase, take it in and get the exact shipping cost and add that to your purchase price. Please email me about any questions or concerns!
I am serious about the issue of homelessness in our country. We have a local shelter for people who have no place to call home. I donate 1/2 of my art sales to this local charity. So know that when you buy from my shop, you are also helping people in need.
We are non-smokers, none of my art is created in or exposed to a smoky environment.

For the rest of you in the US:
I usually ship within two business days (Monday-Saturday). The shipping charges I've listed with each piece include the cost of packing/materials and a small handling fee. Delivery confirmation is included. I'll provide a tracking number if you convo me, or let me know when you purchase that you'd like to keep track of your package's progress.
Whenever possible, I re-use peanuts and boxes to keep your shipping rates as low as possible and to recycle for the benefit of our planet. I will use USPS flat rate boxes when it is economically the best shipping deal. Convo me if your purchase is a gift and you would like it gift wrapped and shipped directly to the giftee. I will happily gift wrap, for a small fee to cover the expenses.
I will adjust shipping costs by refunding to you any charge that is $2 or more over the actual shipping cost. I want to be fair on shipping charges.
For OVERSEAS buyers: I will box up your purchase, take it in to get the shipping cost, convo you so you know how much it will be and then add it to the purchase price. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
I will purchase insurance and delivery confirmation on all items.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds/replacements will be offered for items damaged while shipping. Should an item be damaged in transit, contact me within 5 business days to arrange a refund or replacement. Please photograph all items and packing materials, and electronically send them to me.
