About

The engine in my shop runs on energy it finds in the stories of Montana's nature.

I met my husband Robert in 2003. We hadn't known each other long when he said to me, "You need a good camera!" He saw the struggle I had trying to get good reference photos with my small Kodak camera. At that time, I needed reference photos for the paintings I liked to create.

We went to a camera shop, and the man there helped set us up with a Canon 10D and lenses. From that point we were off and running. We've since added a Nikon D300, and a Nikon D90 to our camera family.

But as the photos stacked up in files on my computer, and no one saw them except us, we decided we needed to find a way to share the images we captured.

That's when our Etsy shop was born. We love to grab the camera, fix a lunch, and take off for the day, shooting what we find. We're lucky to live in Montana, where wildlife, cattle, horses and pets abound.

Because I was an artist before I bought my cameras, our shop now holds my artwork along with the photos we take. If you love artwork and photos that depict the nature of "the last best place", our work is for you!

There's nothing that pleases me more, than to have you purchase an item from me, and to know you are content with that item. I do everything I humanly can, to create a pleasant business relationship for both of us. I sold on ebay for years, before I came to etsy, it is because of that experience, that I've set some guidelines below. Please read through them so you know what to expect when you purchase an item in my shop.

Payment
My shop accepts credit cards, and paypal. Purchaser is responsible for any out of country duties or taxes.
Shipping
I use sturdy recycled packaging because most of the time it's much more economical than priority shipping containers from the Post Office. I'm not responsible for packages lost in the mail, if you wish to insure your package, and place sign on delivery on the item, I'll go to the post office, determine the exact amount this will cost, and send you a pay pal bill for the extra amount. Once I've received the amount, I'll ship the item. Most of the time, I ship an item when I receive payment, but I reserve the right to ship every three to four days. When ordering large format photos, when the item is not in my inventory, it can take up to a week for me to ship the item.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do accept returns. I must know within 8 business days of purchase of item, if the item is unacceptable to you. Buyer pays return shipping of item, and item must return to me in the condition I sent it out, to be eligible for refund. In case of a damaged item, if you did not place insurance on the order, you are responsible for the damage. Due to the nature of digital downloads, with those items, all sales are final.
