It is important to me that you are fully satisfied with your order. All refunds and exchanges must be discussed with Jacquelyn Lee. Please file complaints within 3 days of receiving your order, otherwise no refund or exchange will be made.

Your photographs will be shipped only after full payment has been received. If you have paid by E-Check through Paypal I will wait until the payment clears before shipping your order. Failure to pay within 3 days of your purchase date will result in a canceled order.

All purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of your payment date, unless otherwise noted by jacquelyn lee. Custom orders & gallery wraps take longer to ship. All items will be shipped United States Postal Service First Class.

***Please leave a note to seller if you require different shipping than listed above. An increase in shipping costs will occur if you require different shipping than first class.***

It is important to jl{p} that you merchandise arrives in pristine condition. All photographs are packaged in clear protective envelopes, backed with thick card board to avoid bent photos, & topped with a protective foam sheet.
