I would like to thank you for your purchase. With every purchase, I ask you to turn your app notifications on. I like to keep the lines of communication open between myself and my customers. Once your order is complete, I will send a picture of the final product. You will have 24hrs to respond with your approval or any corrections. I like to follow this procedure to eliminate any discrepancies and/or mistakes. If you do not respond within 24hrs, your order will automatically ship. In the case you do not respond within 24hrs and your order is incorrect in anyway, you will be at fault and no refund will be issued. I go over and beyond to make sure my customers get exactly what they want. This policy is in place so that both myself and all customers are protected.

Shipping
Once your order is complete and ready for shipping, please allow an additional 3 to 9 business days for shipping.

You will receive an email, with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please make sure your shipping and billing addresses are correct. We are unable to change an address once an order is placed and are not held responsible for nondelivery.

Please understand once it is picked up by USPS, shipping times are out of our control and there may be delays (due to holidays, weather, etc.).

Please keep in mind that standard shipping doesn’t included insurance on your package. Insurance is included with priority shipping and express shipping



DAMAGES/CLAIMS:
Any items damaged in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item and the shipping supplies (this will be used for insurance purposes for a refund). A new item will not be sent or refund given until the photographs are received.
