1 out of 5 starsThe seller refused to pay for return shipping for an item that was different from photos and the description. Customer service left something to be desired. Eventually, I received a refund.

I explained to the customer that the fabric was a silk dupioni with natural slubs. She was also welcomed to return if she was not happy with her purchase. I asked this customer to pay for return shipping because headband was purchased with Free Shipping. This customer did get fully refunded for her purchase. I have 5 star rating with many very happy customers. I do the best to make all my customers happy with their purchase and if they are not 100% satisfied they can return for a full refund.
