Custom and personalized orders

Please contact us with any special requests (for example, items in a certain size or special quantity). In order to provide you with an accurate quote, we need to have the following information:
- What size are you looking for?
- What material?
- How many?
- Any special treatment? (holes punched, rounded corners, twine ties, etc.)
- Your mailing address (for shipping)

Note that custom orders must be purchased before we begin work on them.

Quotes for custom orders are valid for 30 days from the date sent; after 30 days, any prices quoted are subject to change.

Custom listings will be left active for a maximum of three (3) days, so please be ready to purchase when you request a listing.

What is chipboard? Can I print it at home?

* What is chipboard? Chipboard is also known as paperboard or cardboard (non-corrugated), and it's made by gluing fragments of recycled paper together (there is no wood or particle board in chipboard). Adhesive is applied using pressure and heat, so the finished product winds up being smooth and rigid.

Chipboard is available in three colors: kraft, white, and black. Kraft and black are the same color front and back, and through and through. White chipboard is always kraft brown on the back.

* Can it be printed with a home printer? That all depends on the printer, as there are many different types of printers on the market and they all behave differently. Check your printer's specifications to see what thickness it can handle.

Is expedited shipping available?

In a hurry for your order? If you need expedited shipping, please contact us BEFORE you order so we can make sure we can accommodate your schedule.

You can also select to upgrade your shipping to either Priority Mail or Express Mail. Processing time is not affected by the shipping option you choose. We strive to ship every order as quickly as possible, in the order it was received. Choosing Priority shipping does not mean your order takes priority over other orders in the processing queue; it means your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

The USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates on First Class or Priority Mail service, and they will not refund the postage on the package. For guaranteed delivery dates, please choose Express Mail.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Just add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to checkout. The shipping cost should calculate automatically, based on the weight and size of the package and the destination (your address).

Note that customs, duties, taxes, VAT, etc., are the responsibility of the buyer and are NOT included in the shipping prices shown in the listings. These duties, taxes, fees, or tariffs could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs or post office.

We will not mark international orders as "gift," and we will not undervalue the contents of your package, as that is against the law.

Do you accept returns?

The items listed are described as accurately and completely as possible, and we're happy to answer any questions prior to your purchase.

Except in very special cases, WE DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS (please contact us to discuss the reason you're thinking of returning your order, and we'll see if we can work out something). In the event that we decide to accept a return from you, a restocking fee will be charged to cover our expenses.

Custom orders are not returnable.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes! Etsy calculates the shipping cost automatically, so you can see the total cost for your order in your cart. In some instances, Etsy's shipping calculator doesn't choose the correct package size and may charge you more than it actually costs to send your package.

If the actual shipping cost exceeds the calculated cost of shipping shown in your cart (postage + packing materials + insurance), we will reimburse you (typically when we print your label).

Can you ship to a different address? What if I entered the wrong address at checkout?

We always ship to the address on your Etsy order. Please be sure to provide your correct and current shipping address. If your order fails to reach you due to incorrect shipping information provided, we will request compensation to resend your order. If you have a suite or apartment number, this is required in order to reach the delivery address.

If you entered the wrong address at checkout, please contact us immediately so we can work with you on getting it corrected before your package is sent.

When will I receive my order?

* Processing Time (shown on the Shipping & Policies tab in every listing) is how long it will take your order to be printed, picked, packed, and prepared for shipping. It does not include transit time once the package has been shipped.

* We ship packages every day (this doesn't mean your order will ship the next day; see above for info about Processing Time), and packages will generally go out before their scheduled ship date (you can see the expected ship date on your receipt).

* Estimated transit times for the various shipping methods can be viewed on the USPS website (www.USPS.com).

Do you offer printing services?

We don't currently offer printing services on any of our products.

You may opt to print yourself (please read FAQ about suitability of printing chipboard on a home printer), or take your blank cards to a professional print shop.
