I love to create. I love to see you enjoy what I create. My hope is to see you as happy with my art as I am with it. These policies will most likely change over time - so don't get too comfy with them!

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I am only accepting Paypal as a method for payment.

You can pay either simply using your credit card or by logging into your Paypal account if you have one.

Note that payment should be made immediately when purchasing by clicking on the “pay now” button.

If payment is not received and no contact has been made within 48 hours I will need to cancel the sale and re-list the item.

For eCheck on Paypal, your purchase will be shipped only after payment is cleared.
Shipping
I ship via USPS.

I'm not sure how fast it will take to get to you and I can't guarantee that I'll get your order and rush out the door to mail it. I have a baby. I have a husband. I will get your order mailed within 2 business days of when payment is made.

If you need it ASAP - you will pay for the extra shipping. If you need it shipped so you'll get it after your 3 week vacation to the Cayman Islands, I can do that. I won't, however, mail it to you in the Cayman Islands. I will only ship domestically because I'm jealous that you live somewhere cultured and exotic, so I can't ship to you ... unless it's okay that I come in the box too.
Refunds and Exchanges
Jak(ofhearts) is not responsible for lost or damaged items caused by the postal service. If you want insurance for your item please let me know so I can adjust your invoice.

If the purchased item was grossly misrepresented (not if you "just don't like it as much as you thought you would") you may exchange it. The artwork you are exchanging must be returned to me in perfect condition within 14 days of the purchase date. The artwork you are requesting in place of your original purchase will not be mailed until the difference in price and shipping has been paid.
If you fail to pay the new shipping charges and price difference within 48 hours of my receiving your original purchase, you will no longer have the option of exchanging. Your original purchase will then be placed back on my shop for sale, where you can either pay in full for it again, or pay in full for a different piece.

Repeat exchangers will be prosecuted by the King[ofhearts] (see also Lord[ofLords] and Prince[ofpeace])

I will not do refunds or replacements.

Unless noted on a specific piece, customizations aren't going to happen. I can't be inspired to create your ideas, so for now you are stuck with mine!
