I will say that if you intend to fill your jar up with shells as I did, you may want to choose a text color that is dark. It helps to see the words when the jar is filled with beach finds. My order was processed quickly and looks beautiful! I highly recommend this item. It is a fantastic keepsake!

Love of Burlap
I have been a stay at home mom for fourteen years now and after trying to find a part time job that fits into my kids schedule, I decided to put my creative side to the test and started making burlap wreaths for friends and family. They were such a big hit with everyone that I decided to start my own business and JAM Designs was born! I am truly lucky that I get to do something that I absolutely love on a daily basis. I also love working with customers to create the exact home deoor item that they are looking for.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If item is received damaged during shipping, you must provide me with a picture of the item and packaging within 2 days of receipt. I will then reach out to USPS to open an insurance claim. Once the claim is processed and I am paid, I will send you a replacement.
If the item contains an error due to my mistake, please contact me within 2 days of receipt, with a picture of the item and I will correct the issue.
Cancellations are accepted within two days of ordering as long as I haven't begun to work on your item(s). Please contact me as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order.
Shipping
Custom orders may take longer to ship, depending on design and material availability.
If you need your item to be expedited, please contact me and I will make every effort to accommodate you.
If you are local I am happy to refund the shipping costs to you. I just ask that you mention it in the comment section when you make your purchase so that we can discuss pick up or delivery options.
Additional policies and FAQs
I recommend that my wreaths be hung indoors. However, if they are hung outdoors they should be kept in a covered area to protect them from the elements. Please note that direct sunlight will fade burlap over time.

We also reserve the right to photograph all items that we create and may use them at our discretion for advertising or as samples inside our listings.
