JAMESMAKESYARN is the welcomed evolution of my love and passion for all things craft. I have always been an avid knitter and even to this day, I still completely obsess over all the beautiful hand dyed yarn creations from my favourite indie dyers!
This appreciation for a handmade art spurred me on to take a yarn dyeing class at the TOFT studios and from that day forward, I have been well and truly hooked!
My desire to play with all things colour finally led me to start experimenting with various dyeing techniques at home with the intention of establishing JAMESMAKESYARN as a small batch hand dyed yarn business that I am proud to share with you all.

Do you accept custom orders?
Unfortunately I am currently unable to take orders for custom colourways, but I am working towards being able to do so in the near future.
Should I upgrade my international shipping to 'Tracked & Signed For'
If this service is available to your country, then the short answer is yes, you should upgrade your shipping.
Please be aware that if you do just choose international standard shipping, then your order will be sent without any tracking information and you will not receive a tracking number. I will not be able to track your order at all once it has been shipped.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU DO CHOOSE A SHIPPING OPTION WITHOUT TRACKING, THEN I CAN NOT REFUND ANY LOST ORDERS. So should anything happen to your parcel I will be unable to replace your order.
There is the option to upgrade to 'Tracked and Signed For' at the checkout and I would recommend paying the extra for this service as you will receive a tracking number.
