    Living our of state, we wouldn't normally risk commissioning a furniture piece from out of the area. Yet, after seeing James' amazing work using recycled materials (with no work equal to it in our area) and reading numerous positive reviews we decided to take the plunge. We were not disappointed. James' thoughtful questions, quick responses and genuine interest in a successful transaction blew us away. He asked questions related to dimension and state requirements we hadn't thought of, saving us from unforeseen issues. Our piece was expertly packed for shipment and James navigated the difficult shipping process with fairness, class and clarity. The island is of such quality and artistry that word has spread and we have had several local artisans come to take a look. Thank you, James!

    I love my front desk! Custom made just as I asked, it's gorgeous!! James did a great job, he came over immediately to talk about the style and measurements and answered all of my texts and emails right away. I love the finished piece and I get lots of compliments on it. It is the centerpiece of my store and it looks amazing.

    This desk is AMAZING. So beautifully made; My store has only been open for 2 days and I’ve had at least 10 people compliment this piece. We love it! James was so great to work with, he made sure my piece got to me in time (actually ahead of schedule) & customized measurements to fit my store. Thank you so much & I can’t wait to purchase more pieces in the future!

Returns and exchange details
If your unhappy with your purchase,( excluding items below ) you have 24 hours to notify me ( email is fine)of same after confirmed receipt and up to 14 days to return same item at your expense for a full refund to be issued upon confirmed receipt by me in resalable condition.If your purchase was a sales counter-desk -store display- kitchen island returns/refunds are not offered......if it arrived damaged please send me pics and we will have it fixed at our expense or via the freight carrier. Custom orders,or modifications to an existing item requested and completed are not returnable or funds refundable. We send pics of your finished items prior to shipping, once you approve them you own them and we ship.
Payment
I accept Paypal,money orders or cash if your local & wish to inspect and pick-up. If I receive one of those scam weird emails from someone wanting to send me a cashiers check & have their agent pick it up after I stupidly try to cash it at my bank then -I report you to Interpol. I don't accept personal or business checks. Items you state you will purchase I will expect payment for within 72 hours - then I will remove the listing or place a 'sold' over it if that applies.
If you have a Tax Resale Certificate I will need a copy emailed to me, if not please include the sales tax.
Shipping
I use UPS or USPS on smaller items and freight carriers on the larger, dependent on your location Larger items ship by freight carrier via a competitive bidding system I use to get reasonable rates.
FREIGHT SHIPPING:
Your shipment will arrive on a pallet, crated & wrapped in shrink wrap. You are responsible for un-palleting and moving the item yourself. You should have a screw gun and a 'phillips #2 bit ready to uncrate your item and dispose of all packing materials
Refunds will not be issued for order refusal due to delivery method. We do our best to provide you with all the information you need to prepare for your shipment.

Due to the nature of this type of delivery, additional fees may apply for shipments in high-density service areas, residential addresses, domestic islands, west coast addresses, rural areas, and non-continental US addresses.

All of our freight shipments are sent FOB Origin – that means the shipment is your responsibility once it is on the truck.

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES
Your shipment will be lowered to the ground via lift gate in the street at the end of your driveway. The driver will not go up any residential driveway, or move the pallet once it’s unloaded.

If you don’t feel comfortable uncrating and moving your shipment yourself, you can contact a moving company. While we will not cover any expenses you incur if you opt to do this, we are happy to ship to moving companies or storage facilities at your request. Contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

*Please note that additional fees may apply for residential freight deliveries! If you selected standard delivery instead of residential delivery, and your shipment is going to a residential address, we will ask you for the additional fee before your item can be shipped.*

COMMERCIAL DELIVERIES
Your shipment will be delivered to your loading dock, or service entrance if there is adequate room for the driver to access it. The driver may also deliver to the street in front of your business if there isn’t room for the truck to maneuver. Your shipment will be lowered to the ground via liftgate. The driver will not move your pallet once it is unloaded.

DAMAGE
ALL SHIPMENTS SHOULD BE INSPECTED BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THEM! This is very important. By signing the delivery receipt, you are stating that your order arrived in good condition. If you do notice any possible issues, have the truck driver wait while you take a photo, then break the shrink-wrap and inspect the item(s). If you notice any damage:

• Clearly note any damage, missing items or other delivery issues on the delivery receipt before signing. Make sure you note the damage with the driver present.
• Keep a copy of the delivery receipt.
• Contact us ASAP......in most cases we can have the items repaired-we ask that you do not refuse the shipment without our permission.....
• Keep the damaged packaging materials for inspection.
• Take photos of the damaged items and packaging, before moving the item from the pallet. Take additional photos of any damage to the item itself, including overall shots and close-ups of the damage.

All Custom orders or modifications are non returnable nor will a refund be issued once an order is placed except for the first 72 hours after an order is initiated by payment . Every reasonable effort will be made to insure your happy with the end product.
