James makes wonderful work that is thoughtful and elegant while being bold and utilitarian. I’ve had my eye on several of his pieces for my collection and am happy to have finally added a teapot of his to my morning tea routine.

Third item from this talented potter. I'm a big fan of shino glaze, especially with carbon trapping, and this is a fantastic example. Excellent packing and communications. Haven't used the bowl yet but it's displayed prominently in my kitchen now. Thanks!

I love this bowl; it is beautifully formed and just feels good to hold. Even the bottom looks great, though I don't plan to display it upside down :) The glaze has lovely soft subtle colors. It was so impressively well packed! And it was very quickly shipped. James Tingey does amazing work and gives great service, too.

This piece is superb! The lines and colors are beautiful, and it just feels good to hold. The handle, the spout, and the bowl itself are shaped so well. I will make room to display this where I can see it, and it will be such a pleasure to use. My husband gave me a mug by James Tingey for Christmas (I cheated and sent the link to him for a hint), and I love it too - it is great to hold and to drink from, and it looks so cool! The mixing bowl was packed extremely well and was quickly shipped. Wonderful pottery and great service!

Designed to work flawlessly. The tapered pestle has two grinding options, and is extremely efficient on the concave surface. I've used it once and love it. Outstanding packing easily withstood the rigors of the mail service. Big thank you!!
