I currently accept paypal for all payments. Sorry, no cash, checks, e-checks or money orders. Payments must be received within 72 hours (3 days) of ordering or your order will be canceled. Items purchased will be neither created (for special orders) nor shipped until payments have been received by jamibelina.
All items will be shipped by USPS with delivery confirmation within 3-5 business days of completed purchase except for special orders/requests as indicated in the item description.

At this time, I am only shipping first class to continental US customers, Hawaii and Alaska. International shipments to Canada, the UK and other European countries and Australia will be sent Priority or Express mail only; I apologize, but I am unable to offer first class shipping outside the U.S. Please convo me to set up a listing with shipping to non-U.S. countries.

All domestic items will ship USPS with delivery confirmation. You may request shipping insurance for your item BEFORE checkot for an additional fee; I cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit. Please let me know before payment if you wish to add insurance or upgrade to USPS Express mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take great pride in my work and hope you enjoy your purchase. If, however, you are unsatisifed with the quality of the items ordered, you may return them for replacement with the same or same-priced item, so long as the item has not been worn or used.

Please remember that hair accessories are much like the clothes you wear -- although great quality items will last a long time, they will still wear out with use, especially with frequent use.

There will be NO returns for normal wear and tear, breakage or damage during shipping or negligence in handling (for example, someone steps on and snaps a woven headband). All return shipping costs for an exchange must be paid by the buyer.
