In order to meet your expectations - I must state to you my expectations as well. You see, your complete satisfaction with your janaes jewels purchase is of supreme importance to me.

As always, communication is key. I love making my jewelry and only ask that you give me an honest opportunity to work out any issues you may have with your purchase first.

Returns and exchanges
If you are NOT satisfied for any reason, let's talk about first so that I may offer all appropriate options open to you.You may be entitled to repair or replacement, size alterations. etc.

If all else fails, I will refund your purchase price MINUS shipping unless the reason for returm is a defect in the product or a gross misrepresentation on my behalf.

I ask that the item be returned to me within 10 days. Please let me know if you think you will miss this deadline.
I accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for your convenience. I will also accept a personal check or money order but will wait for check clearance before I send your purchase out to you.
I ship Monday through Friday in the mornings. If your purchase comes in after noon time E.T., I will send your package out the next business day.
I mail my packages using the USPS. Most of my packages are small and qualify for 1st Class postage - so that is my 1st offer to you.
I will send a package USPS Priority mail if you request this.

I will also send a package USPS Express mail if you ask for it.

I provide the tracking info on all packages.

Insurance is always extra. Please request it for your big ticket items.
