Please let me know if you are not happy with your purchase we will work something out....this must however be done within 10 days of receiving your item.

JaneSays accepts paypal, personal checks and money orders.
All personal checks must clear my account before items will be shipped....this sometimes takes up to 10 days.
All paypal transactions are to be completed within 3 days or sale will be cancelled.
If you make a paypal payment in the form of a e-payment it must clear before items will be shipped and that may take up to 7 days.

Most items are shipped first class....Priority is available upon request as is insurance and confirmation.
Each item is packed and shipped with the most care.
JaneSays is happy to ship to another address if requested, otherwise I ship to the address provided by etsy.
