What are your customer service business hours?
Customer service business hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday Pacific Standard Time
Why was my order cancelled?
Very rarely do we cancel an order. If your order was cancelled it was more than likely because you failed to provide the information needed to complete your order. It may have also been cancelled if your address was incomplete and we were not able to reach you before the shipping deadline. We will not ship to unverified addresses so please enter your address carefully.
I used the wrong address on my order, now what?
If your order has not been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will cancel your order and you may reorder using the correct information.
If your order has shipped and you have provided a change of address to the post office within the past year, they will more than likely forward your package. You may also file for a package intercept at USPS.com for a fee.
Packages with the wrong address often take 4-6 weeks to return to us. If we receive your package back, we will contact you for more information. You will also need to pay an additional shipping fee to have your package reshipped. If you choose to not have your order reshipped, we will refund you the purchase minus the shipping costs. Personalized items will not be refunded.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Problems are a rare occurrence, but in the event one arises, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, we ask that you submit photos of the packaging and damaged items to assist with insurance claims. Please hold onto the items, until your claim is resolved.
If your items show as delivered, but you do not have your item we ask that you first contact your local post office. USPS technology allows them to pull up the exact GPS location of where the package was scanned as delivered. This often helps locate packages that are delivered to the wrong address.
We are not responsisble for items once they show as delivered to the correct address.
