Shipping
Delivery of Purchase:

Each piece is made to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery from time of order placement.


Shipping Policy:

All Janessa shipping is provided via USPS Priority.

We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.

Please note that it may be longer for USPS to make a delivery; we cannot control the package once it leaves Janessa.

USPS does not deliver on federal holidays.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges:

If you are not pleased with your purchase, Janessa allows its customers 3 days from the date of delivery to exchange items. Because of the personalized nature of the jewelry pieces, Janessa does not offer straight refunds. Customers must email customer service at info [!at] janessaonline.com within this 3 day window in order to insure exchange. The item to be exchanged must be unused, in original condition and still be in original packaging. Once item is received back by Janessa and all requirements have been met, an exchange will be issued. The exchange can be for an item of equal or greater value with the difference being paid by the customer for products of greater value. If the customer chooses a product of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded.

Please follow these easy steps for your exchange:
*Make a copy of your invoice.
*Write EXCHANGE on the front of the box which you will use to return your exchange item with.
*Pack and seal your exchange item in your return box along with the copy of the invoice.

Packages must be returned pre-paid.

In order to track your package easily, Janessa recommends its customers to use carriers such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority insured.

Cancellation of Order:

You may only cancel your order via telephone within 48 hours of your order being placed. You cannot cancel your order via email. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from Janessa.
