Returns and exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. I do my best to accurately represent my designs in the photographs I take. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me here via my Etsy shop and you will receive a refund (minus shipping fees and a small restocking charge) under the following conditions:
1. Refund request must be made no later than three days from the date of receipt.
2. The item must be received by me within seven days from the refund request.
3. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, in the original box.

I generally do not accept returns on custom items or items that you have asked me to modify unless I have made a mistake. If you are unhappy with your custom-made item, contact me so we can work out a mutually agreeable solution!

***I recommend insuring your return because I cannot be responsible for damages or lost items during shipment.***
Payment by Paypal or Direct Deposit (for Australian customers only). Payment must be made within 2 days.
I ship Australia Post, both international and domestic. Items on Etsy can only have one default shipping price at this time, so please see below and contact me for and necessary changes.

Domestic (Australian) orders-

Please allow 7 business days from the day the package ships.

If you need faster shipping I can upgrade shipping to Express Post at an additional cost. Please contact me if this is required.

International orders-

Please allow 2-4 weeks for packages to arrive.

Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

I am not responsible for items lost by the post office, or stuck in customs, I have no control over the post office. This very rarely happens, and in those rare cases items will re-ship.
