Absolutely chuffed with this pen. Wood grain is just like the picture and it is beautiful. Edit: Had the pen only a few weeks and the rubber stylus is flaking away and splitting. I expected it to last longer.

Hi Colin, I am very sorry to learn that the stylus tip broke after only a few weeks. This is not a typical experience with my wooden stylus pens. It appears that you have a received a defective product. Giving you the best shopping experience possible is my highest priority. An aroma of beautiful wood permeates from the pen as I first touched it. Simple, yet elegant. It writes very smoothly. It's also nice to have a pen just for you so your coworkers don't steal it, haha. Anyways, 5/5 for a great product and a great seller. Communication was quick, effective and worthwhile. Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately, I do not offer personalized engraving or wood burning services for my products.
However, I do accept requests for unlisted wood and metal plating combinations.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
If you decide to cancel an order before shipping, please note that 15% of the sale price CANNOT be returned (PayPal commission, state taxes and administration fees).
Shipping & Delivery
I will send your order to the Etsy shipping address on file. Please ensure that this address is correct.
If your package is not delivered (you entered the wrong shipping address, the package was determined to be undeliverable for ANY reason by USPS, or the package wasn't picked up from the respective post office) and returned to me, I will send it to you again. However, you will be responsible to pay for the additional shipping charges.
JangulaWoodworks is not responsible for missing packages when USPS tracking shows that the package was DELIVERED. You must contact your local post office to resolve the issue.
The expected delivery date will be issued directly by the United States Postal Service and NOT by JangulaWoodworks. Delivery time is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time.
Once your order is shipped, timeliness of package transit and delivery lies solely with the United States Postal Service. JangulaWoodworks is NOT responsible for the amount of time required between the shipment date and the delivery date.
NO shipping charges will be refunded (partially or in full) for orders delivered more than 3 business days from the date of shipment.
Each wooden ring is crafted to be durable and long lasting. However, since wood is weak and brittle in comparison to metal, they WILL break under enough force and/or pressure.
Follow these tips to prevent damage and/or premature wear to your wooden ring:
• DO NOT lift heavy objects while wearing your ring.
• DO NOT soak your ring in water (or any liquid) for extended periods of time. This will help maximize the life of the finish.
• DO NOT "test" the strength of the ring by squeezing or pinching it. Eventually, it will give in!
Please review the following policies for orders containing 6 or more items:
• An additional two weeks of processing time is required for every five items included in your order.
• Cancellations and returns are not available. Once payment is received, materials will be purchased and work will begin on your order.
• Products that are found to be damaged or defective upon delivery will be able to be returned or exchanged. The buyer must contact JangulaWoodworks and provide photographic proof within 24 hours of the package delivery date & time (provided by the USPS) in order to return or exchange damaged or defective products.
High Volume Pricing
Orders of 10 or more identical items will be given a 6% discount.
This discount will only apply in cases where ALL items ordered are the same variation of a product (i.e. ring size, metal plating, etc).
Orders containing 10 or more different items (including different variations of the same product) will NOT receive a discount.
One replacement identical to the originally purchased item will be offered to the customer for a broken or damaged product free of charge. However, the following criteria must be met:
• Customer must contact JangulaWoodworks no later than 30 calendar days after the delivery date & time (provided by the USPS).
• Customer must provide a photograph of the damaged product.
• The damaged product must be rendered completely and totally unusable
Broken or damaged products CANNOT be exchanged for a different product or used as credit towards a new purchase.
