Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact me immediatley.

After contacting me: Items may be returned for a refund of the cost of the item, shipping and fees not included. If another item is in stock, an exchange may be possible.

Returned items must be in new condition and returned within 7 days of return notification. Tutorials,PDF, and all digital download sales are final.

No items may be returned after 30 days from purchase date.

Due to the nature of some items:
Refunds will not be offered on Custom orders.
Refunds will not be offered on Digital downloads.

Refunds will be issued upon arrival and inspection of returned items. Refunds will be sent via Origional payment option, i.e. Paypal, Check or Money Order.

Any items returned found to have been used or damaged will not be refunded.
Payment
Payments can be made via Etsy, Paypal, USD, Preferred method.
Money orders and checks, USD, are subject to a 10 day clearance period.

Payment must be made in full and clear before items ship.

If you find that you are having issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.
Shipping
Most Items ship all over the world using USPS Priority Mail. International sales welcome, please check with shop before purchasing. Some countries do not support the shipping requirements for mobile sized packages. Please contact shop for information. Shipping to France, Australia and other countries, mobiles must be shipped partially assembled to clear customs. Partially assembled mobiles include: built and glued rig, paper lantern will need to be extended upon arrival.

All Mobiles ship fully assembled and in large boxes. Due to the sizes of some packaging most mobiles ship USPS parcel post, for the best price. Please contact shop to inquire about shipping costs. Mobile can be sent priority mail for same listing price, however mobile will ship partially assembled. Please message me if you require a different carrier. I will try my best to accommodate you.

USPS Priority Mail:packages usually reach their destination in 2-3 days.
Lantern Mobiles ship parcel post due to package size: packages usually reach their destination in 7-10 business days.

If you would like your items shipped overnight additional postage will be charged. Please convo janiegirlcrafts before purchasing items to ensure this shipping option is available for your item.

Please include special mailing instructions in message, if needed.

All items ship to address listed on the Etsy receipt, unless requested by buyer.

Packages are taken to the post office Monday and Thursdays. All items included tracking information and shipping confirmation.
Additional policies and FAQs
I have shop hours everyday during the Covid Shutdown. Morning hours 6-8am and afternoon hours depending on kids NAPTIME! All emails and convos will be answered as soon as they are received. Mask and Scrub Cap production is roughly 3 days till shipped.
